to be bound by the following terms and conditions by APODelta.org. Definitions Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, the following terms shall be defined for the purposes of this Agreement as follows:
Our services are available exclusively to alumni, resident and affiliate members of the Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity (Philippines) Delta Chapter. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions in our User Agreement. APODelta.org reserves the right to refuse our services to anyone at anytime at our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assume no liability/responsibility for any lost files, registrations or misplaced file URLs. We reserve the right to modify these terms without any prior announcement and/or notification. The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances : Files that are nude and/or contain sex scenes. Files that are pornographic or contain any obscene scenes. Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage. Files that infringe copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs and flash presentations. Files uploaded with intention to harass individual or multiple persons, promote any products or services through direct advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit, without attaining the permission of APODelta.org. Violation of the above "file uploading" conditions may result in The immediate termination of user's ability to use our services. User and/or user's domain will be banned. User's IP address will be banned. All images and accounts related to the user/domain will be deleted immediately.
APODelta.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects to do the same by our service users. Unauthorized modification, copying, distribution, public display of a copyrighted work is an infringement of the copyright holder's rights. You agree to comply with the our terms and copyright policy.
All information provided by user is strictly confidential. Your information will not be shared / delivered to any third parties. APODelta.org reserves the right to co-operate with local, provincial, national and international authorities in investigations of improper or unlawful activities and this may require the disclosure of personal information. All files uploaded are copyrighted by their respective authors. We are not responsible for any illegal content uploaded, nor in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files. If you find any illegal content please report abuse. APODelta.org makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the service. We are not liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services or any content thereon.
